The company already holds properties in Jacksonville and is looking to expand
their market with future projects that include a 320-unit development in
Sunrise, Florida and a 324-unit project located in Orlando. In addition
to developing pre-existing properties, ACGG Development Group is initiating
new construction projects with the second phase of Doral Gardens. Phase
II of Doral Gardens will be an upscale mid-rise of 146 units with a Mediterranean
feel and sweeping views of the Doral golf courses. ACGG’s sister company,
D&O Development, Inc., also owns and operates over 440 rental units,
with almost 300 more under contract throughout the state of Florida.
